MKB Architects was the first-place recipient of The Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Awards for Architectural Excellence in Community Design for the Auburn Gresham Healthy Lifestyle Hub. Partnering with the Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation (GAGDC), the 55,000 SF mixed-use renovation of a formerly vacant furniture showroom and warehouse along Auburn Gresham’s main commercial corridor, 79th Street, has become a celebrated story of resilience and renewed hope.
