Our principal & owner Geri takes a look back on the team’s experience engaging with staff and residents during Phases 1 & 2 of CHIL’s redevelopment of their Garfield Park space. “It was helpful to hear from a person, in that position, what was important for their transition to permanent housing.”

Taking what we’ve learned from CHIL’s user groups, tailoring the space to CHIL’s residents and staff continues to be our priority as we move towards the campus redevelopment’s final phase.
