MKB Architects renovated DePaul’s newest Dax Program, which assists housing insecure students of DePaul University and the City Colleges of Chicago. An existing Chicago 3-flat named Cecilia House served as the base for the renovations.

Now home to around ten students, renovations included new finishes, an updated kitchen, and furniture selection and arrangement to accommodate up to twelve students at a time.
