Sears Holding Corporation (SHC) is interested in pursuing a mixed use “Town Center” concept for the site including potential senior housing and community uses on a former manufacturing site.
MKB Architects prepared a master plan outlining the preliminary massing and development for the site along 62nd and Western Ave.
This feasibility study included the participation of several community groups: Greater Southwest Development Corporation (GSDC), Southwest Organizing Project (SWOP), Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC).
