Breakthrough Ministries’ Women’s Center has served as a shelter for homeless women for more than eight years.
The renovation of the women’s center will provide greater accessibility, new finishes, and new program spaces, including a new Art Center.
In addition, the proposed Fresh Market grocery store is a development of the typical Food Pantry concept. Here, clients will meet with a shopping assistant who can guide them through the process of developing healthful living habits and can connect them with other social services that are offered by Breakthrough Urban Ministries.
