MKB was the Architect of Record for the renovation of this famous Chicago hotel.

The team, including the Owner, Chartres Lodging; the interior designer, Doris Hager Associates; and the General Contractor, Norcon, renovated the entire hotel, including the entrance lobbies, the restaurant and bar, and the new Junior Ballroom. Construction was completed in 2008.
