Adrian’s Village is a finalist for Evanston’s South Blvd. RFP that converts an underutilized community asset into a transit-oriented, energy-efficient, affordable, five-story development comprised of 52 one, two, and three bedroom apartments. The development includes native green space, community-oriented meeting space, an on-site preschool, on-site property management and housing services. Residents will have easy access to the CTA, Metra, bus, Lake Michigan, and local shopping and employment opportunities.
Adrian’s Village will target families and individuals at a variety of income, from 30% of the AMI to unrestricted incomes. This mix represents the breadth of the larger Evanston community. The building’s many community spaces provide real opportunities for neighbors to meaningfully integrate with other residents in the building and surrounding community members.
